What happened

Had a holiday booked for 23rd May to Menorca. We paid in full as agreed by T&C’s before 28th February. We tried to contact them 3days before travel as they stated not to contact before even though when trying to contact weeks before it was 5 days before travel. 21mins on hold and it always cut out. Finally they send email the day after we were due back to say no refund as it is villa only so contact your travel insurance. A few days ago we got another email saying if as a last resort your insurance won’t help then we will give a voucher. We don’t want a voucher we just simply want our money back. Please help as Villa Plus are a disgrace.

What I wish had happened

It would of been nice to have contact with a human and not an email that dismissed a refund even before we asked for one. They have ignored any contact and aren’t even willing to help.
