What happened

In April and May, Villa Plus were promising refunds for all holidays through statements on their website, a day or two before we were meant to leave there was a change to their statement and almost a week after we should have left received an email stating there would be no refunds. In addition, under their next steps guide, after paying the full balance they were supposed to mail out the villa address and access codes, this did not happen so couldn’t have reached the villa even if I was living next door to it. Effectively they prevented me from going to the villa

What I wish had happened

Lived up to their word and provided a cash refund
