What happened

I booked a villa for myself and my children without flights back in Feb of this year for a two week stay from the 13th June. I received an email from them on Monday basically saying as the villa was available to me and although they knew I wouldn’t be able to get there I as not entitled to a refund. I have called and emailed and sent messages but had nothing back other than an automated response which is not helpful as I need to speak to a person. We are not allowed to travel so how can this villa be available. I feel robbed. Anything you can do will be much appreciated.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked some contact before five days from our departure date rather than a last minute email and I would have liked it to have offered me a full refund or the option to move it to next year. It’s impossible to move forward when they don’t answer anything.
