What happened

We booked to go to Portugal on 28th May 2020 with Villa Plus. Our flights were cancelled and refunded by Jet 2 on the 15th May due to the Covid pandemic. We had no correspondence from Villa plus since the balance was paid on 5th March. An email arrived to say that we needed to cancel our holiday with them and claim through our travel insurance. We had no arrivals email sent to us or any other correspondence. We are left with nothing to fight for our money back when others have received refunds. Really unhappy with there inconsistencies and lies. Also stated in there website during this that there would be refunds for the Villa Only bookings. Now nothing. So let down.

What I wish had happened

An offer of a refund or re-booking for next year at least.
