What happened

Villa only booked for 8th June to Menorca. On the Friday before we were due to travel, received the generic email of we know you can’t make it but your villa is available so no refund. We have not been sent travel docs etc only found out through a trustpilot comment yesterday that we were apparently supposed to contact them to get them even though their updates say please do not contact them. I have since checked their website for our villa and it states unavailable not booked as it would usually do on booked weeks. I have sent them numerous emails and reviewed on trustpilot but still no response. We are not allowed to leave the UK, Spain are not accepting international tourists and are still in a state of emergency until 21st June so surely they are breaking Spanish rules but letting out villas (which I believe are actually not available) but renting to international tourists
