What happened

I booked a villa only holiday in Majorca to arrive on 23rd May 2020. I paid in full and submitted flight details however did not receive any access information for our villa before the departure date. Villa plus at that point were stating not to contact them and a refund would be provided. However I then received an email stating my villa was available (after my return date) and so no refund would be given. I have written to villa plus requesting a refund and have received a standard email offering a voucher if I ask them to cancel my booking. I am of the opinion that they should have canceled the booking as the villa was not available to me and they did not meet the terms of their own terms and conditions by not sending access information for the villa 14 days before departure.

What I wish had happened

I would like a full refund of all money paid in respect of the villa booking
