What happened

We booked a villa holiday back in February for two weeks from 13/6/20, villa plus recently contacted me to say the villa would be available for my use even though the understand I won’t be able to get there so I was not entitled to a refund. They have been posting don’t contact us we will contact you and that villa only customers would be getting a refund and have now done a complete about turn.

What I wish had happened

They should have give a full refund as stated or the option to change dates, either would have been ok. Any communication with an actual person would have been good too.
