What happened

Booked a Spanish villa only holiday for 23rd May 2020. Had a phone call on 21 May confirming I would be receiving a cash refund. Told to wait 10 days for contact. 10 days come and go with nothing heard. After day 15 I messaged them through messenger and finally got a response saying I would receive an email. Email came through saying I'm now not entitled to a refund even though there staff member and their website told me I was. Communication is dreadful.

What I wish had happened

They stuck to their advisors word and their own words and refunded me.
