What happened

No refund for villa only booking to Majorca at the start of June despite no travel documents being received (or available via their online portal), nothing on the online portal with contact details of how to get them. I received an email the night before my holiday saying I would receive no refund as my villa was available. This was the first correspondence I received since paying my final balance in March.

What I wish had happened

I would like to be offered a full refund, or if Villa Plus had offered vouchers from the start with villas available to book I simply would have re-booked with them for next year and remained a loyal customer. Now I can only get a voucher if travel insurance fails and quite frankly I don't trust the company anymore.
