What happened

Booked a villa only holiday to Minorca from 25th May for one week in January, paid in full in February . During this pandemic we were advised not to contact them & they would be in contact with us. Easy Jet cancelled our flights so we were unable to fly. After we sent Villa plus an email we received an email stating that as travel & movement had been lifted including our destination our accommodation was available therefore we were not eligible for a refund, they recommended to claim on our travel insurance, who have said we are not covered we need to redress the travel company. Villa plus have offered us a voucher valid for three years which I do not want. Please help as I am not the only one in this situation. Thank you Jackie Robinson

What I wish had happened

Would have liked to be able to talk to villa plus, but they wasn’t answering any calls or replying to any emails and would have liked a refund.
