What happened

Villa Plus emailed on 9th June to say our booking for 13th June was available. However due to COVID 19 we are unable to fly as our flights have been cancelled. They are saying that because we booked the “villa only” we are not eligible for a refund. I have tried calling VP & emailing them be to no avail. Any help getting our money back would be greatly appreciated.

What I wish had happened

I think it is only fair that they issue a refund as this is situation out of our control
