What happened

Booked a villa only for the 18th May to Menorca. Was told by villa plus on the 18th May that a refund would be processed within 10 days only to receive an email on the 27th stating ‘sorry you were unable to reach your villa, but due to it being available, you are not entitled to a refund’. No communication whatsoever. Never received the travel documents with access codes etc.

What I wish had happened

I asked if I could move the holiday to next year was told no. I would like a refund now as I have lost all trust. Telling me in the first place I would receive a refund and then tell me I’m not.
