What happened

Booked a villa only holiday with villa plus travelling on 23rd May. Rang them on 23rd May and was told I would get a cash refund only for them to change their minds a few days later to I would get nothing then change it again to a voucher

What I wish had happened

At the time I would have accepted moving the holiday to next year but it was not an option now I just want a cash refund
