What happened
So was due to go on holiday 23/05, tried emailing and ringing and no answer, the only communication I got was from there website updates, which stated villa only booked a would get a refund, then on 21st may they changed there update and basically said we wouldn’t be getting a refund, we had no confirmation emails before are holiday to give directions and key codes and what they might of put in place for our safety, so this to me ment it wasn’t available, which is just wrong, now we all have a generic email to say they will offer vouchers, but I don’t want vouchers, really want my money back, as spoke to the Spanish government and they say only people in there own province could stay at a 2nd home, and a lot of restrictions were still in place, so to me the villa wernt available like they say, could you please help me with this matter, as I no a lot of people are out of pocket, because this company won’t refund us, still can’t get hold of them either
What I wish had happened
I would of liked villa plus to of refunded all there customers, and had way better contact with us, as they told us on there website, to be patient, which I was, but to receive 1 generic email through this whole pandemic is disgusting
