A complaint about Villa Plus

What happened

Villa Plus are refusing to refund my deposit for a Villa that I am now unable to access due to the Covid19 crisis. What has made this worse is the way that they have conducted themselves during this situation: Bullying tactics to try to extort the balance from me, Blunt refusal to engage in conversation, Absence of any attempt to provide a good customer service experience. One of the worst customer experiences that I have had. I would strongly discourage anyone thinking of trusting them and booking a holiday or villa with them.

What I wish had happened

They should have refunded my deposit as early as possible and left me knowing that they are a great company that I could trust with future holiday purchases & recommend to my friends and family.
