What happened

No responses to messages for over 6 wks balance due this week country is now on the non essential list. They have omitted the unique email required to check in with Ryan air from myndocuments . I cannot check flights in without this email or know if my holiday is going ahead but they have my money and no phones working utterly diabolical

What I wish had happened
