A complaint about Villa Plus

What happened

We are due to travel to Spain in a week but can't get hold of anyone at Villa Plus either by social media, email or phone. I have emailed a request to transfer the booking to a new villa but unless they get back to us soon we won't be able to book flights. I am worried sick and have now seen on twitter that they are only refunding inclusive packages. I feel like I've been mugged! I don't want a voucher - I will never use this company again. They take the consumer's money and offer zero in return.

What I wish had happened

As soon as the FCO advice came out Villa Plus should have followed TUI's example and immediately refunded holidays. They should also have had the courtesy to contact customers
