What happened

I purchased a hp laptop in march. It stopped working after a month, had to send it to hp as the Argos stores were closed. They repaired the initial issue but since performance has been excessively slow and unable to stream on some websites. Hp have advised it is a low spec laptop. This is not performing as advertised on the Argos website it stated streaming and everyday use. If streaming was not possible I would not have purchased it. I want to exchange the item for another model for the same price or pay the difference of a more expensive model. Haven't been able to get through to Argos for months since.

What I wish had happened

Exchange the product for another as it is not working as advertised.

Where this happened

Other - Bought in store. Unable to return to store with initial fault as closed due to covid. Hp said normally it should have been returned to Argos but as they were closed they would repair.
