What happened

I have signed up for their Gas plan. I paid on 3rd July (12 days ago) and in the last 6 days have chased up three times with email and tried to get through on their phone twice. My order is shown as Fulfilled but there is no tracking information.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked transparency over when I can expect my gas canisters and also the courtesy of a reply to my numerous attempts to find out what is going on
