What happened

I purchased a rise /recline chair for £350 on 6 June. It is now stuck in recline position and won't alter. I have been in touch with argos 3 times. Promised a call within 48 hours, then 72 hours, then 5 days. To date I have heard nothing.

What I wish had happened

I would have expected an immediate free replacement.
