What happened

I had a villa only booking for the 31st July to Menorca. On the 28th July I received an email saying my booking was cancelled, with a cancellation Invoice attached. No other contact From villa plus and I could not contact them as their phone lines were closed. I then received an automated email stating that because I couldn’t travel due to FCO advice, they were giving me a voucher. They didn’t check if I could travel, they cancelled by booking, did not provide the service and are now trying to fob me off with a voucher. I have tried multiple times to contact them via email but they don’t respond or send standard copy and paste responses.

What I wish had happened

A full refund.
