What happened

our oven has broken down, still under guarantee. Called argos, a serviceman turned ten days later, but no spare parts had arrived so he left. Reassured us that they will be with as before August 20. Since then, no parts have arrived, no one is answering the phone, voice messages are ignored and we still have no oven. I am a disabled customer and need the cooking facilities for myself and my family.

What I wish had happened

Get better communication, service or replace the oven ASAP.
