What happened

Brought a wooden table and stool set for my 2 year old after I weeks stools leg snapped hurting my sons leg. Argos refuse to exchange or refund they have blamed me for the damage. We have messaged then several times and nothing just given the run around also took into local store and the manager said no your have broken it. Really my son badly bruised his leg
