What happened

As part of a rewards scheme that they advertised , my mother contracted to sky as a new customer on my recommendation therefire we would both be rewarded with a £90 reward card to spend. There was a link to gain this however i wasnt sent it and my mums link wouldnt allow her to connect on it. . My mums customer ac is 623778824531 her reward code was IF23MX7893 email..catgerinelamb35@gmail.com. my sky account is 630227928508 and wasnt sent a reward code. sharronireland66@gmail.com. because of Covid i cannot get through to the right dept . I have rang x2 and cannot use the customer complaint contact page as impossible to navigate. Your help woulld be appreciatedas i find it hard with technical issues. After finally filling out a form on line it wouldnt accept my phone number or different suggestions of it therefore couldnt continue with my complaint. Kind regards Sharron Watson
