What happened

I have recently purchased a sofa which I paid £700 deposit total cost £3000..I asked McFadden living for sample to order my carpet never arrived..so got samples of carpet and went into store to match up..when I was there I was speaking to a guy I asked how long my order will be..he said end of november..I then said I wasn’t told that..he said I was lying then told me if I didn’t like it cancel my order..then when I said ok I will he told me to have a nice day goodbye..I’m disgusted how he spoke to me never been spoken to like that before found the experience quite upsetting.i called head office for two days could not get through on number so had to email customer service..they finally got back to me..I said about how the man in lakeside store treated me they did apologise but that was it..been told my sofa will come end of October but now reading all the reviews it looks like they are delaying orders and you can’t get a refund..now I’m worried about my order

What I wish had happened

I would a date without a delay and someone to speak to the man who was so rude to be honest he should not be working there
