What happened

I had my holiday due on 7th May cancelled in April, I have been in a lengthy battle with the company for nearly £1500 which is my flight money, despite emailing and calling every day for weeks and providing the proof that Ryanair had sent my money back to them after they claimed a chargeback I am being continuously lied to and told something different every time I speak to someone, the latest being I had to wait 45 days after Ryanair sent my money back incase they wanted to dispute it, then after the 45 days which is well past they are saying now they don’t even have my money. I have done everything by the book exactly as they requested, filled in their forms, spend hours onto Ryanair, sending them emails of all the evidence I had, but people who have just been cancelled for August/September have already had their refunds.

What I wish had happened

Love holidays would stop lying to me and other people in this situation, they should have had a system in place to take care of refunds based on departure date and work it that way. They should also have had the courtesy as a large company to keep their customers informed of what’s going on and not be telling something different every time you speak to someone.
