What happened

I booked a holiday last year for a family holiday to Benidorm in August 2020. Due to the current covid situation, as per government advice, we didn't travel. I received a refund from Love Holidays for the hotel that I booked but not the flight. They advised me to contact Ryan Air to try and obtain a refund. I did that but as the flight still went ahead, the refund was declined. As I booked the holiday as a package with Love Holidays and received the Atol certificate, I have asked them to refund the flight money as the I paid my money to them for the flights and the hotel so they are in breach of contract. I haven't received any response to my messages to them. Can you help please?

What I wish had happened

I would have liked Love Holidays to refund all of the money that I paid to them, not just the hotel.
