What happened

I bought an item that turned out to be faulty so I returned it instore and would apparently "get a refund to my PayPal within 30 days but it doesn't normally take that long" I returned it on the 6th September and still haven't had a refund. I contacted them on webchat and was told someone from refunds would contact me within 48 hours, that was over a week ago! I have had no luck and it is for £53 which is a lot of money to me as a disabled parent.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked my refund when it was due!
