What happened

We had a villa only holiday booked for the 25th October to Cyprus. EasyJet cancelled out flights on the 17th September so we made the decision to cancel the whole holiday. I contacted villa plus as soon as my flights were cancelled as I knew I would incur a cancellation fee from villa plus. The cancellation was processed by the 19th September but I’m still waiting for my refund of £344.40 after the £516.60 cancellation fee! I’ve sent endless emails and made phone call after phone call but still no refund!

What I wish had happened

I would like to have received my refund of £344.40 10-14 days after I cancelled my booking as stated in my cancellation email villa plus sent to me on the 19th September. It would also be nice to actually speak to someone instead of being on hold for up to 40 minutes before being cut off
