What happened

I booked a slot for home delivery and then moved house .4 mile from old address.I was advised to phone online tele number and ask them to contact store and deliver to new address. First week this worked well and this week they refused to do it snd was advised either cancel the order or click and collect. I cannot lift heavy things because of breast cancer and they refused to help. Really angry.

What I wish had happened

Like last delivery 2 weeks ago deliver to new address . Not my fault Tesco system will not change address in slots already booked
