What happened

Brought my son a tablet for christmas that has stopped working, spoke to someone from customer service that told me to take it into a store and they would refund me. Took it into the store and they told me there is nothing they could do. Had to ring customer services again to then get told that the person who told me I could get a refund is wrong. The staff at the store are rude and not helpful whatsoever!!
