What happened

I am trying to be as calm as I can be with my exprience wth Argos. I paid for a washing maching on the 16th of January 2021 and it was to be delivered, installed and the old one recycled on the 20th of January. Argos claims that their system shows that they have delivered my washing machine on the 20th of January I was SHOCKED!!!! I am still shocked. This is so unbelievable. I said to them that I have not received the item and they assured me that they would resolve it within 48hours. It's been 12 days now and they have been so unhelpful. I do a call and chat to them everyday in the last 12 days and all I hear is that they will get in touch the next day. They do this everyday and I am so FRUSTRATED right now. I thought Argos was quite reputable and I always advised people that it was safer to buy white goods from them. But now it looks like I have been scamed. I live with my family and we have not been able to do our laundry because of this. I have asked them to show me DHL's prove of the delivery, installation and the recycling and for 2 weeks, they have been investigating and no feedback. I contact them everyday and they keep telling to wait till they can resolve it or write to their head office. Saying that I am highly disappointed is an understatement Today is the 1st of February 2021 and still no one has resolved this . Right now, in the midst of COVID-19, the situation in my house is so CRITICAL as our hygience has been negatively impacted. Somebody, Please HELP ME!!!! I need answers. Where is my washing machine? Who received the delivery and installation? A washing machine is a large item and not some needle that can easily go missing.

What I wish had happened

I want my washing machine or a refund. Up until today 02/02/2021 Argos claims that DHL has delivered my washing machine.
