What happened

i ordered a replacement christmas savers card on the 15th feb which was registered online i contacted their customer services twice the same week for a update on the order because by this time it was not even showing when i logged into they website their eventually replied 4 days later saying it was posted on the 18th it is now the 23rd and i've not received anything

What I wish had happened
