What happened

Took my Aunt of 85 years to order 2 seat sofa and reclining chair. She only used the chair for 2 weeks it started a clunking sound. Tried numerous days and times to contact customer service kept going to answer machine. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years! Only because I had salesman Yasser's mobil which enabled me to ring him he did get things rolling. The engineer visited after 6 days he was very professional and very courteous but he was from an independent company! He has done a report claiming the frame was out of sink the engineer as me to look I could see the metal base frame was wonky to me it looked as thought the chair base had been dropped!!!! Still waiting for anyone to contact me!!!

What I wish had happened

A chair that was not faulty and a person to speak to in customer service.....if there is one!
