Just for absolute clarity I have sent you all the emails since I first raised an issue with you regarding damaged chairs, 15/07/2020 Invoice Number – DR1838 Images of faulty chairs attached for the 7th Time I want a full refund on all chairs immediately, your customer care is beyond disgusting. I have left a negative Trust Pilot Review, I have joined the facebook group of those seeking CCJ against you and I have also contacted Trading Standards, they have informed me that it is my legal right to request a full refund. I will return all my chairs to my local store in Derby, I will take my emails to demonstrate your poor customer service and I will turn every customer away until you deal with my issue. Disgusting company

What I wish had happened

Replaced my faulty chairs, answered the phone or emails. Give customer service.
