What happened

I have just been into the Ellesmere Port store of Morrisons and I was very concerned and vulnerable about the large number of customers who were not wearing face masks. Even the Amazon delivery guy who walked through the store to the collection point was not wearing a mask? I raised it with the door security and he said that they will be exempt for medical reasons? Even the customers using vapes before they enter? I was in the store for approximately 5 minutes and there must have been over 25 people wandering around with no masks! Your security needs to be be more vigilant rather than paying attention to his phone.

What I wish had happened

The door security should be advised by the staff of customers who brazenly do not want to wear masks and they should then be approached. Your customers health should be a priority over texting on a phone.
