What happened

Before sixth form I went to morrisons daily in Blyth to get a drink and a chocolate bar, I went to the checkout and payed for them. My card supposedly declined yet money was taken out of my bank account. I told the woman at the checkout this and she then began to raise her voice and shout at me. I find this disgusting. I suffer from anxiety and this made me really anxious and embarrassed in the shop and throughout the day and made me feel as though I did something wrong, I was talking to her nicely and not raising my voice whatsoever. This then made another customer put her things back because of the situation. I find this truly horrible and it is no way to speak to a customer or deal with them.

What I wish had happened

I wish that she would have talked to me in a calm and nice manner and gave me some advice at what had happened with the money being taken out my bank account.
