What happened

My partner works for morrisons and is 24/25 weeks pregnant. She has just been off work for 6 weeks suffering with anxiety. Upon returning to work her supposed store manager (she has no department manager at present due to being treated like rubbish she left) has put her on the department where you have to stand all day even aftermy partner has requested to move onto the till so she can sit!.when questioned about this she said oh you'll need another risk assessment doing before you can move to see if you need to. Even though when my partner was off ill her manager told her she was moving onto the tills. Her manager has also not given her enough hours that she's contracked to work, and also when she got the job my partner explained her hours would have to work around my hours at work as I work shifts. Morrisons agreed to this and she got the job however now without any notice they have given her hours that conflict with mine causing us to have no childcare noone to drop him off or pick him up from school. This is victimisation

What I wish had happened

The manager have proper communication with the staff if things are going to change. And why now not allow people to work around their partners hours after a few years just because she wants to victimise my partner
