What happened
I was at the self service checkout, half of my shopping wouldn't scan, I put it in my trolley to take to customer services, as no staff anywhere around. I needed bags and spotted a security guard who I asked for bags from, who then started shouting at me to come to him, this is publicly,I was given no opportunity to explain, just called a thief. I saw the footage of me at the till and yes I did look like I was doing something, but as I've said I wasn't stealing. I was publicly humiliated and then barred for anti social behaviour!!! Because I didn't just take it, and yes I shouted, but never did I once become aggressive towards the staff, I'm so angry about this situation.
What I wish had happened
To be listened to, given the benefit of the doubt, and dealt with in a far more professional manner.
