What happened

We went on there to get a few bits and to change our daughter who is days old. The changing room was out of order so we went and asked for a manager and said if there was another one we could use. He said “it is what it is” we had to change our daughter on a disgusting bathroom floor to which he really didn’t care. So appalled that such a big company can allow this to happen. The toilets where absolutely disgusting, smelt like pee and was awful. Can’t imagine how other parents feel when there made to change there newborns on a dirty floor. Your managers really need to be trained and better versed with customers. Such a disgusting attitude.

What I wish had happened

Could have easily pointed us into the direction of somewhere else to change our daughter or apologised for the inconvenience of the table being broken. We always shop at Morrisons but we can’t go back after our experience.
