What happened

I’m appalled that booking.com allowed me to book a non-refundable stay for £244 knowing that the accommodation had a 25+ age restriction. I am disgusted with the companies morals and ethics. They know exactly what they are doing to scam people of their money.

What I wish had happened

There should be a check box allowing the customer to approve that they are over 25 at the time of booking.
