What happened

Booked a holiday and got cancelled and on their system it clearly states that you can have a credit note and have to ask if want a refund, so Booked a new holiday and tried for weeks to get through but couldn't to transfer the booking over. I messaged them and no one dealt with it and then tui refunded the money to which I asked them not to because my PayPal account has been compromised and can't access the account.So basically lost £2000

What I wish had happened

They had transferred the money over to the new booking
