What happened

I have booked a flight for my 78 yr pls father and His granddaughter to fly out to Spain on the 16th August for 10 days with Ryan air. Spain now is only essential travel and he is unable to get any insurance. Ryan air are still flying and will not refund or issue a voucher. We booked in January long before COVID was here. Ryan air are allowing people to change bookings for free if you booked in June which seems ludicrous as people knew the risks then

What I wish had happened

I would have been quite happy for a voucher or even better a total refund
