What happened

I have flights to Goa booked in December to visit family. Due to covid my family were repatriated. Now I have no one to visit and nowhere to stay. I asked for them to apply some compassion and let me change destination or to a package somewhere else. they have refused saying they have no policy. I have now noticed that the flights no longer exist. I have asked about this and I just get the stock response that if anything changes I will be notified. I want to cancel really and get a refund. It's not safe in Goa , I have nowhere to stay and can't really lose the £2450 the flights cost.

What I wish had happened

Initially I wanted to change to a package so I could at least have a break but now I want the flights cancelled and a refund. They say they have no policy but neither did jet 2 but the service I received from them was outstanding

Where this happened

Other - Flights were booked on TUI website but my complaint was handled via email.
