What happened

Cancelled holiday on 1st July and refunded the cost of the holiday within two days... but the trips and upgrade paid for before not heard a thing. Contacted the call centre(after a total of 32 hours on hold) to be told by Indian call centre that I went into a branch over 200 miles away to book and I should be grateful that I got more than he is paid in my refund. TUI policy is not to allow people to book excursions before they arrive in the resort. I was given another number to call... was for uniform stores!! I rang the main booking number and never went into a store!! I don’t quite know how to get the rest of my holiday back... and I don’t really care how much they pay their staff

What I wish had happened

For someone to say oh as we have refunded your main holiday here’s the refund on the trips we suggested you took your family on...
