What happened

Hello, My names Alan Cain. I booked flights for my Mum and Auntie under reference EXSN988 EZY7267. 17/06/20 EZY7268 01/07/20 As they were cancelled I accepted a voucher to help EasyJet out. I then had to phone up to book flights which was impossible so I just paid cash. I’m now left with a voucher which is of no use. This is causing friction within my family as I took a voucher that I couldn’t get through on the phone to redeem. The voucher says 27may2021 lc27may2020 Ref CX13172M Could you please return the money to the card or at least let me use it against a package holiday next year for them? They are old and nervous and want a package holiday instead of flight only. Regards, Alan Cain This is what I sent to be told. I can’t get the money back from their esupport email address

What I wish had happened

A refund. It’s causing problems with my family as I booked it for them and accepted a voucher that they now won’t use. They give a voucher that could only be used over the phone and I couldn’t get through to book.
