What happened
It really seems unveliavable to me..."Covid 19,Nightmare". The issue was that after recovering my money claimed by Barclays which got me a full refund for an Easyjet trip ,canceled twice by them(and after trying to talk to them and claim with e-mails for a refund without ever answering me) Easyjet not being happy with this move, its financial team ,which has claimed part of my money that has been withdrawn by the same intermediary (Debit card claim ref)company claims that returned my money,before. Surprisingly, the Easyjet's customer service team tells me and emailed me that the money has been returned to my account. They cancelled my flight twice, once in April for the "Lockdown" and the second in August (because I had to change another date, they charged me a second time, not counting the money paid in April, so this joke had cost me 400 pounds) In conclusion, last 10/01 they charged me 214 pounds, from the 400 that they had been returned to me, and on 09/17 Barclays had already informed me that Easyjet bankers had won in the fight to recover part of the money. My bank suggested me to contact Easyjet or contact the Citizens & Advice bureau.
What I wish had happened
I expected my refund,but they never get back to me.And no mention of answering phone calls,by the phone numbers given ,by their web site.
