A complaint about Ryanair

What happened

Had an email to say flight was disrupted on the morning of the flight... offered option for full refund or change flight... I pressed option for refund... filled it in several times would not submit ... went on live chat and was told I could apply once the flight has departed... next day and day after still will not submit. Email sent to info@care.ryanair.com.... no response. Tried to fill out eu361 form for compensation and exactly the same problem ... form will not submit.

What I wish had happened

I should have been able to get my refund from online chat... they have my payment card. I have screen shot all of the chat box conversation.
