What happened

Purchased flights seats luggage and fast track couldn’t go on holiday due to husband being a key worker couldn’t quarantine on return. Spoke to Ryanair on live chat and they refused to refund

What I wish had happened

I would like full refund for flights etc as it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t travel
