What happened

They cancelled our holiday. After numerous emails received part refund and refund credit note, repayable before 31 October. Unilaterally extended to March 2021! Ignored emails and letter (advised by Which Legal) pointing out illegality. Hundreds more in FB groups complaining, a lot given up. Not me! Court if necessary!

What I wish had happened

Jetline to have stood by their promise to honour their Refund Credit Note on 31October
